Request A Demo Site
If you have a client who is interested but wants to see a hands on demo, please complete the form below. We will install a "demo" site for you that you will have access to for 30 days. After 30 days, you will be able to purchase the solution or we can delete the install. There is one catch, if you convert the demo site to an actual client there will be a $100 fee. The reason for this is:
Demo sites are traditionally set up in a different location than actual sites. Demo sites are designed to be automatically deleted after 30 days. If you order a demo site and then ask us to convert the site, a number of manual and time consuming steps have to be taken.
A traditional demo site is not attached to a domain name. There are no references to a domain set up on our servers. Database names have little reference to the actual domain name. And we have to monitor this domain so as to not accidentally delete it and any and all work that you ma y have done on the demo site.
Then there is the billing side of the equation. Our system is set to trigger an invoice as soon as products are ordered. There are no billings on demo sites. If you later convert a demo site, not only do we have to manually migrate all the site files to a new hosting space, but someone also needs to alert accounting that this site now needs to be billed.
Our current billing provices for 13 months of hosting for the price of 12. Effectively giving you the same 30 days of free hosting that you would get by ordering a demo site and then converting it.
